What is Amjevita ?
Amjevita (adalimumab-atto) is a biosimilar to Humira, approved by the FDA for treating multiple inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and Crohn's disease. It works by inhibiting tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a protein involved in systemic inflammation, thereby reducing inflammation and slowing disease progression. Amjevita is administered via subcutaneous injection and is intended for use under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
