What is Vienva?
Vienva is an oral contraceptive that combines two hormones, ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel, to prevent pregnancy. It works mainly by inhibiting ovulation, altering the cervical mucus to hinder sperm movement, and changing the uterine lining to prevent attachment of a fertilized egg. Vienva is typically taken once daily and is part of a 21-day active pill regimen followed by a 7-day inactive pill period.Side Effects

- Can cause liver problems, including liver tumors.
