What is Fiber-Lax ?
Fiber-Lax is an over-the-counter medication primarily used to treat and prevent occasional constipation. It contains the active ingredient polycarbophil, a bulk-forming laxative that works by absorbing water in the intestine to form a softer, bulkier stool, making passage easier. Fiber-Lax is generally considered safe for regular use and is effective in promoting bowel regularity.
