Jinteli treats hot flashes, vaginal dryness, vaginal burning, and vaginal irritation associated with menopause. It is also used to prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. It contains estrogen and progesterone that work together to relieve the symptoms of menopause. Jinteli is available as a tablet.

  • Chest pain or tightness, trouble breathing, coughing up blood
  • Rapid weight gain, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
  • Numbness or weakness in your arm or leg, or on one side of your body
  • Dark urine or pale stools, loss of appetite, yellow skin or eyes
  • Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
  • Breast lumps, pain, swelling, tenderness, or discharge
  • Pain in your lower leg (calf)
  • Fast or pounding heartbeat
  • Sudden or severe headache, problems with vision, speech, or walking
  • Sudden and severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness
  • It is not safe to take this medicine during pregnancy. It could harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant.
  • Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding, or if you had a baby within 4 weeks before you start using this medicine. Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, asthma, cervical cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, gallbladder problems, heart or blood vessel disease, high cholesterol, or a family history of breast cancer or depression. Tell your doctor if you smoke, wear contact lenses, or if you will be having a surgery with a prolonged period of inactivity.
