What is Soliqua ?
Soliqua is a prescription medication primarily used in the management of type 2 diabetes. It combines insulin glargine and lixisenatide, enhancing glucose control by improving both basal insulin levels and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor activity. Soliqua is typically recommended for individuals who have not achieved their target blood sugar levels with oral medication alone.
