What is Chloramphenicol?
Chloramphenicol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacteria and some fungi. Due to risks of serious hematologic toxicities, its use is generally reserved for severe infections where less toxic alternatives are ineffective or contraindicated.Side Effects
