Funciona promoviendo la absorción de calcio y fósforo desde el tracto gastrointestinal e inhibiendo la secreción de hormona paratiroidea, ayudando así a regular la mineralización ósea y prevenir la enfermedad ósea metabólica asociada con la insuficiencia renal.Side Effects

- Dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting
- Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness
Warnings
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver disease, bone disease, or a history of hypercalcemia.
- This medicine may cause the following problems:Hypercalcemia (high calcium in the blood)Bone problems, including adynamic bone disease with high risk of fractures
