- Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.
- New coughing or trouble breathing.
- Trouble urinating, or a change in how much or how often you urinate.
- Confusion, weakness, light-headedness, or fainting.
- Pain, redness, or swelling where the medicine is given.
- Heartbeat that is uneven or too fast.
- Swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet, or rapid weight gain.
- Make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Your sodium needs may be different than normal.
- Make sure your doctor knows if you have a history of breathing problems, diabetes, a narrowed or blocked urinary tract, or kidney disease. Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, congestive heart failure, heart rhythm problems, or if you are on a low salt diet. Make sure your doctor knows about any other health problems you may have.
- Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
