Four ingredients. Four jobs.
Most ED pills do one thing: improve blood flow. Quad Rx pairs three blood-flow medicines with one that works on arousal.
Apomorphine
THE AROUSAL INGREDIENTWorks in the brain on dopamine pathways involved in arousal, not on blood flow alone.
Sildenafil
ACTIVE INGREDIENT IN VIAGRA®The most widely prescribed ED medicine. A PDE5 inhibitor that typically lasts about 4 to 6 hours.
Tadalafil
ACTIVE INGREDIENT IN CIALIS®The long-acting one. Tadalafil can stay active for up to 36 hours.
Vardenafil
ACTIVE INGREDIENT IN LEVITRA®A PDE5 inhibitor closely related to sildenafil that typically lasts about 4 to 5 hours.
Short-acting and long-acting, layered together
Typical duration of each ingredient on its ownDurations are for each ingredient taken on its own, from FDA labeling and clinical literature. How Quad Rx works for you depends on your prescribed strength. The four-ingredient combination has not been studied in large clinical trials. Quad Rx is compounded and not FDA-approved.

Questions men actually ask
How is Quad Rx different from sildenafil or tadalafil alone?
Sildenafil and tadalafil each work on blood flow. Quad Rx combines three blood-flow medicines (sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil) with apomorphine, which acts on arousal pathways in the brain, in one dose under the tongue. The single-ingredient pills are FDA-approved; Quad Rx is a compounded medication and is not.
Is Quad Rx FDA-approved?
No. Quad Rx is compounded by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription. Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil are each FDA-approved for ED on their own. Apomorphine is not FDA-approved for ED in the United States.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. You complete a short online questionnaire, and an independent U.S.-licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it is, a U.S.-licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you.
What if the provider says no?
Then you are not billed. The provider may suggest a different treatment or recommend you see a doctor in person.
Who should not take ED medication?
Men who take nitrates for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat should never take sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil. Men with serious heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure or a history of priapism need a provider's guidance first. The questionnaire screens for these, so answer it honestly.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
Orders ship in plain packaging with nothing on the outside about what is inside.
Does insurance cover it?
No insurance is needed and none is billed. It is one flat monthly price with the visit and shipping included, and Klarna is available.
Your next step is a short online visit.
Pick a treatment, finish a short online visit, and a licensed provider takes it from there. Not prescribed, not billed.
Prescription required. Quad Rx is compounded and not FDA-approved.
Important safety information
Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil (including as ingredients in Quad Rx) must never be combined with nitrates such as nitroglycerin, recreational nitrates ("poppers") or riociguat. The combination can cause a sudden, life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Use caution with alpha-blockers and other blood pressure medicines. Sexual activity may not be advisable for men with certain heart conditions.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness and nausea. Seek immediate medical care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or for sudden loss of vision or hearing. Tell your provider about every medication you take and any heart, blood pressure, liver or kidney condition.
