¿Qué es Syndros?
Syndros es una formulación líquida administrada por vía oral del cannabinoide sintético dronabinol, aprobada por la FDA para tratar la anorexia asociada con la pérdida de peso en pacientes con SIDA y náuseas y vómitos asociados con la quimioterapia del cáncer en pacientes que no han respondido adecuadamente a los tratamientos convencionales. - Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- Fast or slow, pounding, or uneven heartbeat
- Lightheadedness or fainting
Warnings
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
- This medicine can be habit-forming. Do not use more than your prescribed dose. Call your doctor if you think your medicine is not working.
- Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, drug or alcohol abuse problems, or a history of seizures or mental health problems (including depression, mania, or schizophrenia).
- Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.
- This medicine may cause some people to become drowsy, dizzy, lightheaded, or to feel a false sense of well-being. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you. Standing up slowly from a sitting or lying position can lessen the chance of getting dizzy.
