La Clorotiazida Sódica es un diurético tiazídico comúnmente utilizado para tratar la hipertensión y la retención de líquidos asociada con insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva, cirrosis hepática y disfunción renal. Al inhibir la reabsorción de sodio en los túbulos contorneados distales del riñón, ayuda a reducir la presión arterial y disminuir el edema.Side Effects
- Lightheadedness or fainting
- Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
Warnings
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, asthma, lupus, or gout. Tell your doctor if you recently had surgery.
