What is Aleve Pm ?
Aleve PM is an over-the-counter medication that combines naproxen sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with diphenhydramine, an antihistamine. It is designed to relieve minor aches and pains while also promoting sleep, making it ideal for nighttime use. The medication helps in managing symptoms such as arthritis, muscle aches, and headache, while also aiding in falling asleep and staying asleep.
- Trouble swallowing
- Sudden or severe headache, problems with vision, speech, or walking
- Chest pain that may spread, coughing up blood, nausea, unusual sweating, fainting
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- Severe constipation, stomach pain, vomiting of blood, bloody or black, tarry stools
- Trouble breathing, cold sweat, bluish-colored skin
- Swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
- Numbness or weakness on one side of your body, pain in your lower leg
- This medicine may make you dizzy or drowsy. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you.

- Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments.
- Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, lung or breathing problems (including emphysema, bronchitis), glaucoma, trouble urinating, or a history of stomach problems (including bleeding, ulcers, heartburn) or stroke.
- Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this medicine during the later part of a pregnancy, unless your doctor tells you to.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
