What is Carbimazole ?
Carbimazole is an antithyroid medication primarily used to treat hyperthyroidism, a condition where the thyroid gland produces excessive hormones. It works by inhibiting the production of thyroid hormones, helping to restore normal thyroid function and alleviate symptoms such as rapid heart rate, sweating, and anxiety.
