What is Fluticasone-Salmeterol ?
Fluticasone-salmeterol is a combination inhaler used in the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, while salmeterol is a long-acting beta-agonist that relaxes muscles in the airways to improve breathing. This medication is typically prescribed for long-term treatment and is not suitable for relief of acute bronchospasm.
