What is Hydrogen Peroxide ?
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a clear, colorless liquid that acts as a mild antiseptic used on the skin to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It may also be used as a mouth rinse to help remove mucus or to relieve minor mouth irritation. This compound releases oxygen when applied, which causes foaming that helps to remove dead skin and clean the area.

- Skin burning, itching, pain, rash, redness, stinging, or swelling
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
