What is Kcentra?

Kcentra is a prothrombin complex concentrate approved by the FDA for the urgent reversal of acquired coagulation factor deficiency induced by vitamin K antagonist (VKA) therapy in adult patients with acute major bleeding or requiring an urgent surgery or other invasive procedure.
