Ketoprofen ER are used to relieve severe pain caused by osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It reduces the production of substances responsible for causing pain and inflammation. This medication is available as a prescription and as an over the counter drug.

- Chest pain that may spread, trouble breathing, coughing up blood, unusual sweating, fainting
- Dark urine or pale stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, yellow skin or eyes
