Mitosol is a chemotherapeutic agent used during glaucoma surgery. It works by interfering with the growth and spread of certain cells in the body.

  • Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
  • Redness, irritation, or swelling of your eye or eyelid
  • Seeing flashes or floating spots before your eyes
  • Blurred vision or other vision changes
  • Eye pain, light sensitivity, watery eyes
  • Seeing halos around lights
  • This medicine may cause the following problems:Increased risk of cataracts or other lens problemsLow pressure inside the eye
