What is Segluromet ?

Segluromet is a prescription medication used in the management of type 2 diabetes. It combines two active ingredients, ertugliflozin and metformin, which work together to improve blood sugar control by increasing renal glucose excretion and decreasing hepatic glucose production. Segluromet is typically prescribed for patients who need additional glycemic control despite diet and exercise.
