Aliskiren Fumarate
Aliskiren Fumarate 300MG
What is Aliskiren Fumarate?
Aliskiren Fumarate is a direct renin inhibitor used primarily for the treatment of hypertension. By blocking the action of renin, it effectively reduces the conversion of angiotensinogen to angiotensin I, thereby decreasing the subsequent formation of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor. This mechanism helps to lower blood pressure and potentially reduce the risk of cardiovascular events associated with high blood pressure.Side Effects
