- Fainting, dizziness, lightheadedness
- Rapid weight gain, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
Warnings
- Talk with your doctor before using this medicine if you plan to have children. Some men who use this medicine have become infertile (unable to have children).
- This medicine may cause the following problems:Serious bleeding problemsHeart rhythm problems, including QT prolongationIncreased risk of serious heart or blood vessel disease, including heart attack or strokeIncreased risk of blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, arterial thrombosisIncreased risk of cancer (including lymphoma, skin cancer)Increased risk of serious infections (bacterial, fungal, viral)
- Do not breastfeed during treatment and for 2 weeks after the last dose.
- Oral routeYou may also receive medicines to help prevent nausea and vomiting.
- Make sure any doctor or dentist who treats you knows that you are using this medicine. You may need to stop using this medicine 7 days before having surgery or medical tests.
