What is Xarelto Starter Pack ?
The Xarelto Starter Pack contains rivaroxaban, an oral anticoagulant used primarily to prevent blood clots and stroke, particularly in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. The starter pack is designed to facilitate the initial phase of treatment with dosing adjustments, ensuring a safer transition for patients beginning this therapy. It helps clinicians tailor the medication regime in a convenient and effective manner, promoting adherence and optimal therapeutic outcomes right from the outset.

- This medicine may increase your risk of bleeding. Be careful to avoid injuries that could cause bleeding. Stay away from rough sports or other situations where you could be bruised, cut, or hurt. Brush and floss your teeth gently. Be careful when using sharp objects, including razors and fingernail clippers. Avoid picking your nose. If you need to blow your nose, blow it gently.
