Warnings
- Oral routeThis medicine may cause birth defects if either partner is using it during conception or pregnancy. Tell your doctor right away if you or your partner becomes pregnant. Use an effective form of birth control during treatment with this medicine and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Male patients with female partners should use an effective form of birth control during treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose. Your doctor will give you a pregnancy test within 7 days before you use this medicine to make sure you are not pregnant.
- Do not breastfeed during treatment with this medicine and for at least 1 week after the last dose.
- Tell your doctor if you have liver disease, heart problems, diabetes, stomach or bowel problems (including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), fluid or electrolyte imbalance, or a history of blood clots.
- This medicine may cause the following problems:Increased risk of blood clots in the lungs or blood vesselsHigh blood sugar
- Talk with your doctor before using this medicine if you plan to have children. Some women who use this medicine have become infertile (unable to have children).

- Tell any doctor or dentist who treats you that you are using this medicine. This medicine may affect certain medical test results.
- Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
