What is Aranesp (Albumin Free) ?

Aranesp (darbepoetin alfa, albumin free) is a recombinant erythropoietic protein used primarily for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney disease or chemotherapy. • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, heart disease, heart failure, a blood disorder, cancer, any infection, bleeding, or a history of blood clots, heart attack, stroke, or seizures.
