Warnings
- Asthma-related death: Use of LABA as monotherapy (without ICS) for asthma is associated with an increased risk of asthma-related death.

- Acute episodes: Duaklir Pressair is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.
- Cardiovascular effects: COPD medications like those in Duaklir Pressair may cause cardiovascular effects, especially in patients with underlying conditions.
- Paradoxical bronchospasm: This can be life-threatening. If this occurs, Duaklir Pressair should be discontinued immediately and alternative therapy instituted.
