Warnings
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to granisetron or any component of Sustol
- Monitor for serotonin syndrome, especially if used concomitantly with other serotonergic drugs
- Risk of injection site reactions such as pain, swelling, or redness
- May mask progressive ileus and/or gastric distention
- Use cautiously in patients with cardiac conduction abnormalities due to potential effects on ECG
