Warnings
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver disease, bowel problems, or pancreas problems.
- This medicine should not be used to treat bleeding varices, hepatic encephalopathy, or ascites.
- Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
- Severe stomach pain especially on the right upper side

Urso 250 is used to treat primary biliary cirrhosis and prevent gallstones from forming in your gallbladder. It may also be used to treat other conditions as prescribed by your doctor. Urso 250 is a bile acid that dissolves certain types of gallstones. It is indicated for use by adults and is available as a tablet.
