El posaconazol es un agente antifúngico triazólico utilizado en la prevención y tratamiento de infecciones fúngicas invasivas. Funciona inhibiendo la enzima fúngica lanosterol 14α-demetilasa, interrumpiendo la síntesis de membrana en los hongos susceptibles.
