What is Xaciato ?
Xaciato™ (olanzapine) is an atypical antipsychotic approved by the FDA for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar I disorder. - Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- Increased vaginal itching, burning, or discharge
- Severe diarrhea, bloody or black, tarry stools
- Change in how much or how often you urinate, lower back or side pain, painful urination
- Do not use polyurethane condoms during treatment and for 7 days after using the gel.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of stomach or bowel disease (including colitis, enteritis, or a C. diff infection).
- This medicine may cause vaginal yeast infections.
- This medicine can cause diarrhea. Call your doctor if the diarrhea becomes severe, does not stop, or is bloody. Do not take any medicine to stop diarrhea until you have talked to your doctor. Diarrhea can occur 2 months or more after you stop taking this medicine.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.

- Vaginal routeThis medicine may leak out of your vagina during the day. You may wear a sanitary pad to protect your clothing, but do not use a tampon.
- The cream contains mineral oil that may weaken latex or rubber products. Do not use a condom or diaphragm during treatment and for 5 days after using this medicine.
