- Headache, bone pain, back pain
- Pain, itching, burning, swelling, or a lump under your skin where the needle is placed
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, or stomach pain
Warnings
- It is not safe to take this medicine during pregnancy. It could harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant. If you are a woman who can get pregnant, your doctor may do tests to make sure you are not pregnant before starting treatment. Use an effective form of birth control during treatment with this medicine and for at least 2 months after the last dose.
- Do not breastfeed during treatment and for at least 2 months after the last dose.
- Tell your doctor if you have heart or blood vessel disease, heart failure, heart rhythm problems, lung disease, or a history of tick bites or red meat allergy.
- This medicine can cause the following problems:Infusion reactionLung or breathing problems, including interstitial lung diseaseSerious skin reactions, including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis

- Some women who use this medicine have become infertile (unable to have children). Talk with your doctor before receiving this medicine if you plan to have children.
- This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Wear sunscreen. Do not use sunlamps or tanning beds. Limit your time in the sun during treatment and for at least 2 months after the last dose.
- Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
