- Pain, itching, burning, swelling, or a lump under your skin where the needle is placed
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, or stomach pain
Warnings
- It is not safe to take this medicine during pregnancy. It could harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant. - This medicine can cause the following problems:Infusion reactionLung or breathing problems, including interstitial lung diseaseSerious skin reactions, including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis
