Topicort is a steroid that is used to relieve itching and other skin irritations. It is also used to treat atopic dermatitis, dermatitis, eczema and other conditions as prescribed by your doctor. Topicort works by reducing the action of certain chemicals in the body that causes swelling, redness, itching inflammation. It is indicated for use by adults. This medication is available as a cream.
- Poor healing of the skin
- Mild itching, burning, or dryness

- Severe itching, burning, irritation, redness, swelling, or thinning of the skin
- Weight gain around your neck, upper back, breast, or waist
