Trusopt is used to treat patients with pseudoexfoliative glaucoma, open-angle glaucoma and intraocular hypertension. It lowers pressure in the eye by removing the excess fluid produced within the eye. It is indicated for use by adults and is available as an eye drop.
- Burning or stinging in your eyes
- Mild eye discomfort or feeling that something is in your eye
- Dry eyes
- Bitter or unusual taste in your mouth
- Eye sensitivity to sunlight
- Blurred vision
- Mild eye discomfort or feeling that something is in your eye
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- Blistering, peeling, or red skin rash
- Red, itchy, or swollen eyelids or eyes
- Dry eyes
- Eye sensitivity to sunlight
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
