  • Change in how much or how often you urinate, lower back or side pain, painful or difficult urination
  • Dark urine or pale stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, yellow skin or eyes
  • Fever or chills, cough, sore throat, body aches
  • Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
  • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, stomach or bowel problems, or any type of infection, or a weak immune system.
  • This medicine may cause the following problems:Increased risk of infections, which may be life-threatening, including progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) or herpes zoster (shingles)Liver problems, which may lead to liver failure or liver transplantSerious stomach or bowel problems (including bleeding, blockage, perforation, or ulcers)
  • This medicine lowers the number of white blood cells. This weakens your immune system, so you may get infections more easily. Wash your hands often. Avoid people who are sick.
  • Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
