• Dark urine or pale stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, yellow skin or eyes
• Swelling, pain, or redness under your skin where the needle is placed
• Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness
• Lightheadedness or fainting
• Joint pain or swelling
• Tiredness, trouble breathing, uneven heartbeat
• Change in how much or how often you urinate, bloody or cloudy urine, lower back or side pain
• Blistering, peeling, red skin rash
• Severe diarrhea (watery or bloody)
• Fever, chills, cough, sore throat, body aches
• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

• This medicine can cause diarrhea. Call your doctor if the diarrhea becomes severe, does not stop, or is bloody. Do not take any medicine to stop diarrhea until you have talked to your doctor. Diarrhea can occur 2 months or more after you stop taking this medicine.
• Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
• This medicine may cause serious skin reactions, including toxic epidermal necrolysis, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or a history of stomach or bowel disease.
