What is Povidone-Iodine?
Povidone-iodine is an antiseptic used for skin disinfection before and after surgery. It also treats infections in wounds. Being a broad-spectrum antiseptic, it effectively kills bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protozoa on the skin's surface, reducing the risk of infection.Side Effects

- This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Wear sunscreen. Do not use sunlamps or tanning beds.
