¿Qué es Otezla?
Otezla (apremilast) es un medicamento oral utilizado para el tratamiento de ciertas condiciones inflamatorias, incluyendo la psoriasis y la artritis psoriásica. Funciona inhibiendo una enzima conocida como fosfodiesterasa 4 (PDE4), lo que resulta en la reducción de la inflamación y otros síntomas asociados con estas condiciones. - Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

Warnings
