Looking for a Kyzatrex coupon? Kyzatrex (testosterone undecanoate) is a brand-name oral testosterone replacement therapy for adult men diagnosed with low testosterone caused by certain medical conditions. There is no generic version yet, so the cash price can be high. Enter your ZIP code above to see today's Rx.com discount price at pharmacies near you, then compare it against the manufacturer savings card and your insurance to find the lowest cost.
What is Kyzatrex and how does it work?
Kyzatrex is a brand-name prescription capsule containing testosterone undecanoate, a form of the male hormone testosterone taken by mouth. It belongs to the drug class of androgens (testosterone replacement therapy). It is FDA-approved for testosterone replacement in adult males who have low or absent natural testosterone due to specific medical conditions, such as genetic disorders, testicular injury or infection, chemotherapy, or problems with the brain signals that tell the testes to make testosterone (hypogonadotropic hypogonadism).
Important: Kyzatrex is not approved for low testosterone that simply comes with aging (often called "Low T"), because its safety and effectiveness have not been established for that use. It is frequently marketed through cash-pay telehealth services, so it helps to confirm you have a diagnosed medical need. This information is educational and is not medical advice; talk with your provider about whether Kyzatrex is right for you.
Kyzatrex cost, coupons, and savings
Because Kyzatrex is brand-only with no generic, the out-of-pocket price without insurance can be significant. There are usually two ways to bring it down. Enter your ZIP above to see today's Rx.com cash coupon price at pharmacies near you; our discount works whether or not you have insurance and requires no membership.
- Manufacturer savings card vs. Rx.com cash coupon: Manufacturer copay savings cards are typically limited to people with commercial (non-government) insurance and cannot be used with Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal plans. Check the official manufacturer website at kyzatrex.com for current eligibility and terms, which can change.
- When the Rx.com coupon helps most: If you are uninsured, on Medicare or Medicaid, or if a manufacturer card is declined at the pharmacy, the Rx.com cash coupon is a strong option. You cannot combine a manufacturer card and a cash discount coupon on the same fill, so compare both and use whichever is lower.
Kyzatrex alternatives and related testosterone products
Kyzatrex is one of several testosterone replacement options, and the right choice depends on your diagnosis, preferences, and how the medicine is given (by mouth, gel, patch, injection, or nasal). Other oral testosterone undecanoate brands include Jatenzo and Tlando. Topical gels include AndroGel and Testim, while Natesto is a nasal gel.
Injectable options include Aveed and Depo-Testosterone, and Xyosted is a weekly self-injection. There is currently no generic Kyzatrex, so if cost is your main concern, ask your provider whether a different formulation with a lower-cost generic could be appropriate for you. Enter your ZIP above to compare live prices across these options.
Kyzatrex safety and side effects
Kyzatrex is a Schedule C-III controlled substance because testosterone is an anabolic androgenic steroid with potential for abuse and dependence. The label's Boxed Warning for blood-pressure increases was removed in July 2025, but testosterone products can still raise blood pressure and the risk of major cardiovascular events such as non-fatal heart attack, non-fatal stroke, and cardiovascular death. Blood pressure should be checked periodically, and Kyzatrex is not recommended for men with uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Kyzatrex is contraindicated in men with breast cancer or known or suspected prostate cancer, in women who are or may become pregnant (risk of fetal harm), and in anyone with a known hypersensitivity to it. Other possible risks include an increase in red blood cells (polycythemia), worsening of an enlarged prostate (BPH) with a possible increased prostate cancer risk, blood clots in the veins, fluid retention or worsening heart failure, and reduced sperm production and fertility. Your provider may monitor your testosterone, hematocrit, PSA, and cholesterol levels. Avoid skin-to-skin transfer risks associated with other testosterone formulations. This is a summary, not a complete list, and is not medical advice; review your full medication guide and discuss any concerns with your provider.
